As required by law in the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected cost of your counseling services before starting treatment. Good Faith Estimate costs are for those clients who do not have health insurance, who are choosing not to file under their health insurance plan, or whose health insurance does not cover counseling services for their individual needs. This includes out-of-network insurance panels the provider is not credentialed through. Estimates DO NOT reflect costs for clients who are filing under their health insurance plan benefits in which the provider is credentialed. Please contact us to request a personalized estimate outlining the anticipated fees for your individual needs. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
